Pilled out

So lately i have been experiencing all sorts of pain. Back pain, neck pain, headaches, leg cramps, and arm pains. Basically, everything that has to do with my body lol. So i naturally like any other human i decided to find relief, i found it in this pill called PERCOGESIC. Like every other pill, it has side effects and warnings, this one in particular can severely damage your liver, different than the other pills that can cause your stomach to bleed. Which do you guys think would hurt more? Liver damage or a bleeding stomach?
